Before you meet, your Sunstone Clinical physician reads everything you already have: records, prior testing, evaluations, the folder you have been carrying. Then a pediatric neurologist, a genetics specialist, and your care coordinator meet with you by video and build the plan with you, not for you. Where an autism diagnosis is the question, the behavioral specialists on the team administer the standardized diagnostic instruments themselves.

Testing, only if it will change the plan.
After reading everything, your physician may recommend further testing, and may recommend none. Where it is indicated, that can mean trio whole genome sequencing through Broad Clinical Labs, the standard for CLIA sequencing and interpretation, an at-home EEG, or folate metabolism and gut microbiome testing. None of it is included in the Precision Care Plan. Each test is priced before you say yes, and whatever is ordered is ordered together, not spread across eighteen months. 2
